Clinic Date: Friday, February 28th, 2025

Thank you for registering your child for the Seaholm Dance Team's 2025 Dance Clinic!  This is the Dance Team's largest fundraiser and we appreciate your support! 

Get ready for an afternoon filled with friends, fun, food and dancing!  We welcome kids from Kindergarten through 8th grade to learn dances taught by the Seaholm JV & Varsity Maple Motion dancers.  Snacks, drinks and dinner is provided.  All family and friends are invited to watch the grade-level performances in the Seaholm gym.

Drop off: Between 4-4:30pm at Seaholm's front entrance - 2436 W Lincoln, Birmingham

*Please take all belonging with you including coats and backpacks!  Food and drinks are supplied so please do not leave kids with water bottles or snack bags.  (Please contact us if you have special dietary requirements).

Performance: Arrive by 6:15pm for a performance at approximately 6:30pm.  The performance is in the gym, in between the Women's JV and Varsity home basketball game.

Cost: $60 per dancer

*Because this form does not allow us to capture data like school, shirt size and grade for more than one dancer, please fill out a separate form for each dancer in your household.

We are unable to provide refunds after registration has closed (two weeks prior to event).
